Recalibrated Data EIC Comparisons
Explore the recalibrated data EIC comparisons and mass correction processes in positive and negative mode acquisitions using MH-acquisition and LC-TOF data reprocessing. Analyze EICs of both not recalibrated and recalibrated data to understand the mass correction outcomes in the spectrums. Same spectrum (rt: 18.564 min) profiles and centroids are examined for consistency.

Positive Mode Acquisition Data was recalibrated with the same reference m/z that was used in MH-Acquisition. EIC s (symmetrical extraction 20 ppm) of reference masses in the original file. They look good.
