202324 Results for Local Use The data you see does not represent the entire LEA until all scoring is complete. TOMS CAASPP Student Score Data File Summative ELPAC and Summative Alternate ELPAC Student Score Data File CERS If you have a TOMS account, then you have access to CERS.
202324 Aggregate ResultsLEA Preview Prior to the official release on the Test Results for California Assessments website, CDE provides LEAs a preview of the data. These data are embargoed and not public. Your data can be shared with your local governing board for planning purposes only. Do not share countywide results or results from other LEAs with the public.
202324 CAASPP Official Statewide Release Includes county-wide and statewide data Available to the public. Prior to the public release: Coordinate on how you will brief different educational partners and how you will prepare a communication about the release of statewide CAASPP results.

Student Score Report Information
CAASPP Student Score Reports All eligible students receive a student score report, except for: Students who receive a Parent Guardian Exemption for all tests will not receive an SSR.
CAASPP SSR Timelines and Messaging LEAs must make SSRs available within 20 days of receiving the results in TOMS, if all results are received prior to the end of the school year. LEAs no longer in session must make SSRs available to parents/ guardians within the first 20 working days of 2024 25 school year.
The ELPAC does not allow for Parent/Guardian Exemptions or Medical Emergency Exemptions. ELPAC Student Score Reports If a student has logged onto or completed at least one domain in each composite they will receive an SSR.
ELPAC SSR Timelines and Messaging LEAs must make SSRs available to parents or guardians within 30 calendar days of receiving results in TOMS if results are received prior to the end of the school year. LEAs no longer in session must make SSRs available to parents or guardians within the first 15 working days of the 2024 25 school year.
SSR Languages Students can receive an SSR in English and in: Spanish Vietnamese Filipino Korean Mandarin Cantonese Arabic (NEW!)
