Recruitment Update Currently recruiting Currently recruiting now posted: 3 Permanent RA3 positions for awards 3 Contract RA3 positions for awards Recently Filled Recently Filled We hired 2 external employees as permanent senior RA3s to the awards team We also promoted 1 internal employee to a permanent senior RA3 on the awards team We have also hired a subaward contract RA3 position now posted: 2
Finance and SPO What SPO can assist with: o Financial questions related to the terms and conditions of the award, such as o Rebudgeting o If an expense is allowable per the terms of the award What SPO is unable to assist with: o Signing Financial Reports and submission of FFRs (Final Financial Reports) o Checking information within AE, such as chart strings, invoice status, or other specific finance questions such as how much funding is currently available. 3
