Surveys can be customized with various types of questions and may be made available to students in a number of ways. Connect Success Record Report System Settings 2017 Annual Redrock Conference These are system-wide settings rarely need to be touched after initial setup. SURVEYHOST - is the hostname/DNS/URL used to access your server (i.e. trac.college.edu or 192.168.0.110:88). This is used to build the survey link for SurveyTrac. SURVEYPATH - is the path to the SurveyTrac directory on the server (/survey/) SURVEYPROT - is the protocol used to access your server (http:// or https://) 25 Years of Success Strategies for Your Campus

Add color, size, and styles to your questions. Type Checkbox Provides a checkbox for the question. Check for a positive answer. Pulldown Provides a list of answers available in a pulldown menu. Radio Choices Provides a list of choices with buttons to select an answer. Fill in Allows a single line for an 80 character typed response. Essay Allows a text box for a full text response.
