THIRD SUNDAY OF LENT NEVER FORGET ALL HIS BLESSINGS A MOMENT OF PRAYER
I REMEMBER That I am baptised in the name of the Father who forgives me in the name of the Son who heals me and in the name of the Holy Spirit who redeems me
I RECALL THESE WORDS OF SCRIPTURE Leave it one more year . It may bear fruit next year
I REFLECT ON GOD S PATIENCE How does God s patient waiting for me to change help me to grow in love? ON ROOM FOR GROWTH When I reflect on God s patience with me, how does that help me to be patient with others?
I RESPOND As I continue my Lenten journey with you Lord, help me to be more aware of where I need to grow. Fill me with your Spirit so that the fruits of love, peace, patience and kindness are visible in my life. Help me also to be patient with the shortcomings of others, remembering that you are patient with me.
I RENEW My intention to follow you Lord in this Lenten journey, remembering that you always forgive. Help me this Lent to never forget all your blessings and to live in the grace of my Baptism.
