  4. NON PLUS ULTRA NO MORE BEYOND

  5. When Jesus reappeared in his resurrected body, he was telling us, There s more beyond!

  6. The Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to him with a question... Are you not in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God? When the dead rise, they will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven. Now about the dead rising have you not read in the Book of Moses, in the account of the burning bush, how God said to him, I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob ? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are badly mistaken!

  7. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven. ~Matthew 5:11-12 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven. ~Luke 10:20

  8. Everyone will be raised and judged.

  9. I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life. And I assure you that the time is coming, indeed it s here now, when the dead will hear my voice the voice of the Son of God. And those who listen will live. The Father has life in himself, and he has granted that same life-giving power to his Son. And he has given him authority to judge everyone because he is the Son of Man. Don t be so surprised! Indeed, the time is coming when all the dead in their graves will hear the voice of God s Son, and they will rise again. Those who have done good will rise to experience eternal life, and those who have continued in evil will rise to experience judgment. ~John 5:24-29 (NLT)

  10. Anyone who trusts Jesus will be welcomed into heaven.

  11. For it is my Fathers will that all who see his Son and believe in him should have eternal life. I will raise them up at the last day. ~John 6:40 (NLT) For unless you believe that I AM who I claim to be, you will die in your sins. ~John 8:24 (NLT)

  12. Heaven is Real.

  13. There are many rooms... Don t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am. I am going to prepare a place... I will come and get you... ~John 14:1-3 (NLT) So that you will always be with me...

  14. Heaven is not our default destination.

  15. There seems to be a kind of conspiracy to forget, or to conceal, where the doctrine of hell comes from. The doctrine of hell is not mediaeval priestcraft for frightening people into giving more money to the church: It is Christ s deliberate judgment on sin We can not repudiate hell without altogether repudiating Christ. ~Dorothy Sayer

  16. Darkness... Fire... Gnashing of teeth...

  17. You can enter Gods Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hellis broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. ~Matthew 7:13-14 (NLT)

  18. There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, Thy will be done, and those to whom God says, in the end, Thy will be done. All that are in Hell, choose it. Without that self-choice there could be no Hell. I willingly believe that the damned are, in one sense, successful, rebels to the end; that the doors of hell are locked on the inside. ~C.S. Lewis

  19. No one in hell will say, God put me here. No one in heaven will say, I put myself here.
