  2. What is the Regional Strategic Weed Management Plan? It is a local strategic plan under the Local Land Services Act 2013 Prepared by the Greater Sydney Regional Weed Committee on behalf of Greater Sydney Local Land Services Board Implements the NSW Biosecurity Strategy and NSW Invasive Species Plan in relation to weeds for the Greater Sydney region Articulates the shared responsibility principle of the NSW Biosecurity Act 2015 Sets a shared vision for weed biosecurity and identifies strategies for the next five years

  4. Whats new? It has gone on a diet Much more scope for regions to tailor their deliverables (exciting!) Weed Risk Assessments will be reviewed which may lead to changes in the priority lists
