Report of the South West Atlantic Hydrographic Commission SWAtHC
This report covers the activities of the South West Atlantic Hydrographic Commission (SWAtHC) presented at the Worldwide ENC Database Working Group meeting in Brest, France in February 2019. It discusses overlapping issues in ENC coverage, areas with no coverage, problems, outstanding issues, and recommendations. Additionally, it lists ports and moorings not covered by the hydrographic organization.
