Research Plan on Digital Transformation in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Zainab Al-Balushi from the Department of Operations Management and Business Statistics has research interests in digital transformation in logistics, supply chain risk management, and scholarship of teaching and learning. She has recently published articles on supply chain management and has won a National Research Award. Currently, she has papers under review in ABDC A journals and is working on research projects related to e-commerce logistics, smart grid integration, and digitization in the logistics sector. Her future plans include publishing in top-tier journals and focusing on scholarship of teaching and learning.
