  2. Public Input Process Guidelines for Webinars 1. Everyone but Committee members please mute Chair needs to recognize people before speaking Public Comments A. 5 min. slot at beginning of the meeting B. 3 min. for each individual after being recognized by the Chair C. 5 min. slot at the end of the meeting 1 min. for question/comments during meeting once recognized by the Chair Individuals should identify themselves before speaking 2. 3. 4. 5.

Chat Engagement Chat box is reserved for asking questions of Committee members and speakers, or raising technical problems Chat settings will direct questions to the host and co-host Ask your question in the chat box, please clearly identify the topic/speaker To ensure Board members have time to deliberate and cover the topics on the Agenda, some questions may be answered after the meeting Questions and requests for information can be emailed to the Executive Secretary anytime.

  4. EEB E-Mail Lists We are updating our distribution lists! To ensure we are reaching all stakeholders, and to streamline management of these lists, we are using a new platform. We will continue to use the existing distribution lists through the end of this year. Beginning January 1, 2023, we will be using the new platform. Please subscribe to the CT EEB by clicking this link, Join Mailing List(s), no later than December 31, 2022. You must be subscribed to receive communications after January 1, 2023 and going forward. You will be able to modify your subscriptions and join these lists any time. Please contact the Executive Secretary with any questions.
