Residential Construction Project One company signed an EPC contract for constructing a new residential for a customer. Then the project team started to plan a new project on the base of contract terms and condition. Each engineering document have to approve by the customer just in one revision. The customer will be accept or make some comment on related documents within 2 weeks from the submission date. Detailed engineering can start after General Layout approval. Material Specification can start after Detailed engineering approval. Finally Procurement procedure can start after Material specification Approval. Construction procedure will be start by applying for permits just 1 day after finalizing the specifications started.
Residential Construction Project Site work will be start after taking related permits Framing will start 7 days after foundation start Drying in will start 1 days after framing Exterior will be finish 2 days after dry in finished Insulation will be start 1 day after exterior finishing Dry wall procedure will be start 2 days after insulation start and had to finish after Dry In Paint and wall paper will be start after Dry wall, and Insulation HVAC and Electrical must finish together Landscaping and Grounds Work will start exactly after Interior works finish All of the other relations are FS with the previous activity ID
Calendar Project will be start in 12-Jan-2022 They are using calendar on the base of standard but they have to work on Saturday as a parttime from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. They have some vacation on 21 to 30thof March Customer just use the standard calendar
