  2. Intended audience This presentation is focused on the eligibility requirements and plan provisions for Class Three members. Class Three members are those whose earned service began on or after July 1, 2012. Class Two members, those whose earned service began before July 1, 2012, are encouraged to review the summary flyers for Class Two on our Navigating Your Benefits webpage and retirement publications at peba.sc.gov/publications for more information. 2

  4. Member Access To register for and use Member Access, you will need: Last name; Social Security number; Date of birth; and A valid email address. Refer to Setting up a New Member Access Account flyer. 4

  5. Member Access features SCRS and PORS members View account and service credit statement. Review and update beneficiary designations. Estimate benefit amount.1 Update address and contact information. Calculate service purchase cost estimate and submit service purchase request. Apply for service retirement. Refer to Manage your Retirement Account with Member Access flyer. State ORP participants Link to State ORP service provider s website. View and update PEBA active member incidental death beneficiaries. Must designate beneficiaries for your State ORP account balance with your service provider. Update address and contact information with PEBA. Must update separately with service provider. Receive messages regarding annual State ORP open enrollment (January 1 March 1). Change State ORP service provider or make an irrevocable election to switch to SCRS, if eligible. 1Estimates are not a guarantee of monthly benefits. 5
