All small business owners interested in applying for any one of the small business grant program must self register for a Unique Entity ID (UEI) at Sam.Gov Sam.Gov is a system for award management and is an official website of the US Government. This registration process is FREE. Pre- Registration Requirements Registration is valid for one year. The registration process takes 5 to 25 business days.
