Background Industry 4.0 enhance the production of any industry in all production aspect including the quality of the product. The equipment and the machine use also was considered to achieve the new stage of the development. The system suggested in this proposal are being measured by integrating the inputs along with the industry 4.0 pillars to develop new style of production and monitoring for future world. Problem statement In industry, to monitor all machines and the environment were challenging especially in big scale industry. Multiple type of sensors need to be connected around the factory to get the reading and make the analyzing of status of machine or product that have been produced. Wire connection of data can be distorted by the power rail magnetic field if it was placed close to the transmission. Multiple process need to be done for different types of the communication protocol of the sensor. Industry 4.0 Hackathon
Objectives To make ease of the data analyzing of the industrial machine condition and the industrial environment. To develop low cost solution for the data analyzing in industry. To develop multi function system integration for the industrial use. All in one solution for the entire system with single integration. Industry 4.0 Hackathon
Proposed Solution The idea of multi-purpose sensor box was proposed to solve all the problem that has been stated. This box supports multiple communication protocol including analogue data for the sensor interfacing. This box also supports multiple address sensor on the same protocol. The box also consists the output port for the system integration. The data from the box is uploaded directly to the cloud. Data analytic was done on the back end of the GUI based on the user preferences and selected sensor. Industry 4.0 Hackathon
