  4. RFP Funding and DKI Budgets This RFP represents just one part of the City s overall Dream Keeper Initiative (DKI) investments. Other departments and initiatives across San Francisco have resources for DKI programming. HRC manages approximately 55% of Citywide DKI funds, with the remaining budget mostly overseen by the Office of Economic and Workforce Development and the Mayor s Office of Housing and Community Development. Beyond this RFP, HRC also works with other departments to distribute DKI funding. For example, the HRC is contributing one million dollars per year over four years to direct food assistance via the Human Services Agency. City and County of San Francisco 4
