Data Collection Process for April 1st Deadline ERCOT will use a combination of DocuSign and RIOO to collect ride-through, extension, and exemption information for the April 1, 2025 deadline. Projects in the interconnection queue wishing to request an exemption or exception, must provide an attachment in RIOO Resources that are commissioned, in the commissioning process, or have an approved Production Load Date will receive a DocuSign email 2 PUBLIC
DocuSign Process for April 1st Deadline On February 19th, ERCOT will send a DocuSign email to each Resource in ERCOT s Network Operations Model meeting below criteria Resource is: IBR or WGR, and Generation Resource (not Settlement Only), and Transmission-connected, and Commissioned, in the commissioning process, or has an approved Production Load Date Responses required on or before April 1st even if an exemption or exception is not being requested 3 PUBLIC
DocuSign Workflow for April 1st Deadline DocuSign emails will go to Authorized Representative of Resource Entity or Primary Contact of the Interconnecting Entity Resource or Interconnecting Entity Complete Submitter ERCOT Send Envelope (Optional) Forward Authorized Rep. or Primary Contact Upload Responses Authorized Representative contact information can be reviewed using the following public MIS report (https://www.ercot.com/mp/data- products/data-product-details?id=NP12-215-ER) Database RIOO Application Responses will be loaded into ERCOT s RIOO application once ride-through enhancements are released (Q3 2025) 4 PUBLIC
RIOO Process for April 1st Deadline Projects in the interconnection queue without approved Production Load Date wishing to request an exemption or extension must submit a RIOO change request on or before the April 1 Note that this attachment type will not be available until the 2/28 RIOO release ERCOT will create and post a form mirroring the DocuSign email that you must complete and provide back to ERCOT via RIOO 5 PUBLIC
RIOO Workflow for April 1st Deadline ERCOT is developing a Ride-Through Capability template for RIOO Upcoming Market Notices will provide template location and instructions for submission Interconnecting Entity ERCOT Website Completed Ride-Through Capability Template Submit Download Ride-Through Capability Template RIOO Application Internal Processes Staff Staff Submitted as an attachment- only change request RIOO changes to support submitting the template will not be available until February 28 6 PUBLIC
RIOO Enhancements and Ad-Hoc DocuSign Process In Q3, the RIOO application will be updated to support the entry of ride-through information for: Resources progressing through the interconnection queue, and Resources informing ERCOT of completed maximization efforts Prior to this RIOO release, ERCOT will send ad-hoc DocuSign emails for Resources that receive newly approved PLDs: Responses are required to progress through the commissioning process 7 PUBLIC
