Kateter mesaneye yerle tirildikten sonra bu balon steril su ile doldurulur. Di er kanal ise idrar ak yoludur. Her numara 1/3 mm ye e de erdir. ocuklarda, 8-10 Fr, Kad nlarda 12-18 Fr, Erkeklerde 16-20 Frolmas nerilir. Balonlar i irme hacmi 5-30 mls v alabilecek ekilde retilmi lerdir.
