Pcard Program Updates Pcard Policy changes were effective January 1, 2021. P-Card in Workday Extension of P2P project, in Workday (instead of US Bank system): Cardholders will: Add receipts/documentation, comment/business purpose, accounting codes Approvers will: Approve UR Procurement Website > PCard: https://www.rochester.edu/adminfinance/urprocurement/pcard/ Frequently Asked Questions Forms Resources Reference Guides Videos Zoom Instructor-Led Training sessions Cardholders and approvers that are new to Workday are encouraged to attend PCard Check In Sessions (2/1/21 2/19/21) These sessions are available to answer questions, share tips and demo features/functionality. 3
