Youth Wrestling Information Sign Up Process Practice Schedule Strength Training Competition Schedule Team Picture Day and Spirit wear
Sign Up Process Online sign ups this year Located on the new Riverside Wrestling Website (www.riversidewrestling.jerseywatch.com) Can be found on the homepage under the slide show Click register now to begin Pricing and Payment $100.00 for 1 wrestler, for a second wrestler there is a $30.00 discount, for a third wrestler there is a $ 50.00 discount. If you have more than three wrestlers per family contact Coach Toth or Carrie Bottiggi.
Practice Schedule First Practice is Monday, November 7th Practice Times 6:30-8:00pm Practice Days Monday Full team practice for every youth wrestler Tuesday (November 8th- November 29th) Novice Wrestler Practice For wrestlers new to the sport or under 2 years of experience Wednesday Advanced Practice For wrestlers with 2+ years of experience coming into the season or coaches discretion Thursday Full team practice
Strength and Conditioning Training Strength Training We will be bringing in Bryan Doberdruk (Owner of Iron Athlete Gym/Riverside Football Strength Coach) Strength Training Schedule Strength training will take place during the second half of practice on Thursdays
Competition Schedule Our league is moving to Madison High School More mats for more matches More space for fans and families First competition Sunday, December 4th At Madison High School Wrestling starts at 9:00am Wrestling ends at 12:00pm
Team Picture Day & Spirit Wear Picture Day Spirit Wear New this year we will be having a team picture day Fan Cloth- for family spirit wear We are working on a date with our photographer Team Gear-Wrestler competition gear Wrestlers will bring home the picture form/ will be accessible on the website
