Road Conditions Impacting Road Users
Louise encounters various road conditions while driving through a built-up area, such as potholes affecting the cyclist, a pedestrian with a red-banded white stick accompanied by a guide dog, and a horse and rider at a roundabout. The flashing amber lights signal potential hazards, requiring vigilance for vulnerable road users like elderly pedestrians, cyclists, children, and visually impaired individuals.
