  1. Ref : W-0269 Proposal for Robot Assistant for Smart Building Management Presented By : Karmo International Company Ltd

  2. Project Background & Aims To develop a smart robotic assistant for building management & collecting indoor air quality index Requirements : Ability to move in tight indoor environment Easy to use interface with voice or different input Remote communication between the robot and the database Integration of data connection between BIM and the robot 2

  3. Robotic Base Integrated Sensors for safe maneuverability in tight indoor environment Bumper Switch 2D LIDAR Ultrasound Sensor Integrated Obstacle and Human avoidance 3

  4. 3D Mapping Utilizing 3D Lidar to scan as 3D point cloud The 3D Mapping can be used as the geometrical data of surrounding to achieve localization The 3D point cloud could also be imported as a 3D model 4

  5. IAQ Combination of different sensors in order to determine air quality of a certain room Information will be feed back to BIM for further analysis Examples of IAQ Sensors : Respirable Suspended Particulate Sensor Airborne Bacteria Sensor CO2 Sensor Formaldehyde Sensor 5

  6. User Interaction Graphical Interface for user to interact for simple task and collecting different feedback Experimental features of using voice command to react and perform dedicated action 6

  7. Software Communication Interact with the elevator without any assistance Developed for IOT network in order for monitoring key parameter Control through wireless tablet app for mapping purpose Communication with BIM to feed data and information for analysis 7
