Goal 1: To Increase School Performance Grade by 7 points NCPS Priorities Alignment: Priority 1: Increase Grade Level Proficiency across all grade levels Priority 3: Ensure equitable outcomes for all subgroups SIP Indicators: B1.03, B2.03, B3.03, C2.01, D1.02 A1.07, A2.04, A4.01 A4.06, Action Steps Monitor Implement with fidelity PLC-at-work for Priority Schools to ensure instruction is standards-based Implement MTSS and ensure that it addresses the different tiers with an emphasis on strengthening Core Instruction to meet student academic, social/emotional, and behavior needs Provide Reading/Math Tutoring & SEL Expand Small Group and One-on-One Instruction for subgroups Teacher Work Products in PLC Learning Cycle Lesson Planning/Delivery of Instruction with Walkthroughs, Feedback, & Coaching Cycles Formative & Summative Assessments to continuously assess student progress (including NC Check-ins & EVAAS data) SMART goals towards mastery of essential standards IEPs, tutoring groups, test-taking and student engagement strategies Classroom management Provide on-going Test-Taking strategies and resources to build stamina and to lessen testing anxiety for subgroups 10
