  2. l Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Partnership Project Partners Roles and Responsibilities Advanced Mobile Solutions Roles and Responsibilities: Design, Development, and Deployment: Provide high-quality mobile hospital facilities that comply with U.S. standards. o Design and develop mobile surgical units tailored to meet the needs of rural and underserved communities in Virginia. o Deploy mobile hospital units in various configurations, including Mobile Hospital Wards, ICUs, Triage/Emergency Rooms, Isolation Units, Labs, and Pharmacies. o Logistics and Operations: Manage the transportation, setup, and breakdown of mobile surgical units across the Commonwealth of Virginia. o Ensure that all mobile units are fully operational and meet all regulatory and safety requirements. o Provide technical support and maintenance for the mobile units during deployment. o Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously innovate and adapt mobile healthcare solutions to meet changing healthcare needs and standards. o Collaborate with healthcare providers to customize mobile units to specific community needs. o

  3. l Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Partnership Project Partners Roles and Responsibilities Virginia University at Lynchburg s Roles and Responsibilities Program Management and Administration: Serve as the Program Manager/Administrator for the Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Partnership Project. o Act as the Fiscal Agent and Recipient for all funds awarded to the project from the Commonwealth of Virginia and other funding sources. o Collaboration and Partnership Development: Collaborate with Advanced Mobile Solutions and 356 West Group to identify regional healthcare networks and service providers. o Develop staffing, equipment, and other support services required to successfully execute on the mobile project. o Facilitate the formation of contractual agreements and partnerships with healthcare providers to staff the mobile surgical units. o Education and Workforce Development: Oversee an internship/work-study program for Virginia University at Lynchburg students, providing opportunities to work on the project as paid interns. o Develop academic programs that allow students to earn college credit hours while gaining hands-on experience in rural healthcare delivery. o

  4. l Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Partnership Project Partners Roles and Responsibilities 356 West Group s Roles and Responsibilities Legislative and Advocacy Efforts: Utilize legislative outreach and community relations experience to advocate for the Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Partnership. o Represent the project in interactions with Virginia s elected and appointed leaders and key decision-makers. o Track and analyze proposed legislation in the Virginia General Assembly that may impact the project. o Community Relations and Outreach: Manage relationships with local underserved communities and various populations throughout Virginia. o Coordinate all community relations programs, ensuring alignment with the project s outreach goals and budget. o Serve as liaisons for the project across Virginia, advising on issues management and community engagement. o Public Relations and Philanthropy: Advise the project on philanthropic efforts and community support initiatives that benefit underserved communities. o Assist in developing and reviewing the project s community relations programs and materials to enhance the branding and public image of the Virginia Rural Healthcare Mobile Surgical Units Project. o
