  3. COACHING STAFF JV-A Sophie Horn Varsity Nels Dokken and Tommy Sivongsay JV-B Terri Greener 9th Grade Olivia Bruce

  4. Varsity Head Coach: Nels Dokken With 30 years of coaching experience, Nels has been a guiding force for youth and collegiate athletes in the state of Minnesota. In addition to coaching, Nels has over 10 years of directorial experience as Girls Director and Director of Player Development at REV SC and MTA. Nels holds a USSF National D License, a NSCAA National Diploma, and a Master's in Education.

  5. Varsity Assistant: Tommy Sivongsay Tommy has over 16 years of coaching experience at the club and high school level. He currently is the Director of Soccer Operations at Breakaway Academy. He has coached with MTA and REV Soccer Club working with younger Academy teams, helping players develop their individual skills and passion for the game. He was most recently the Director of Junior Girls at Minnesota Thunder Academy. He also coached at Eastview High School (Boys). Tommy played collegiate soccer at St. John s University and UMD. He holds a USSF D License.

  6. JV-A: Sophie Horn Sophie has been coaching club soccer for the last few years at the club and high school level. She coaches and is Assistant Junior s Director at Minnesota Thunder Academy,, and coached at Cretin-Derham Hall, where she head coached the B-Squad Team. She holds her US Soccer C License, and will be working on a UEFA B License this winter. Sophie graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) with a BA in Political Science and Philosophy, where she played four years of soccer.

  7. JV-B: Terri Greener Terri was an integral coach for RHS last year leading the JV-B team. Terri is a Counselor at Eastview High School in Apple Valley. She raised - and helped coach - 4 children in the Rosemount area. Soccer is one of her favorite sports and is thrilled to be back coaching. She has an MA, LMFT Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist, Education and Psychology from the University of WI-Madison.

  8. Freshman: Olivia Bruce Olivia, who honed her skills playing soccer under coach Nels with the Dakota Rev girls and later as a Salvo Women s player in college, is embarking on her debut coaching season with us as the 9th-grade soccer coach. With five seasons of soccer at Drake University under her belt, she brings a ton of game knowledge and passion. After reflecting on her athletic journey, she has transitioned into a role as a Family and Cultural Advocate in the Farmington School District, while also coaching JV/Varsity basketball at her old stomping grounds, Lakeville North.

  11. 2025 Pre-Season Important Dates Player Apparel Store Opens In mid to late June, players will have an opportunity to purchase optional team gear, including a warm-up hoodie and joggers. An email and social media announcement will be shared once the online store opens. Please note that the store will be open for a limited time, so be sure to place your order promptly if you're interested in purchasing. Captains Practice TBD early August at Rosemount High School Tryouts/Team Selection Week of August 11that Rosemount High School Teams finalized by Friday, August 15th All Program Kick-Off Meeting Monday, August 18th6:00 p.m.at Rosemount High School Games Begin August 16th Full schedules for all teams will be posted to: irishgirlssoccer.com

  13. Booster Club Events All Program: Team building activities, In-season team dinner/guest speaker, End of season banquets, Community Night at Omni Brewing, etc. Varsity: Youth Soccer Night, Teacher Appreciation Night, Senior Night *Events are subject to change based on volunteers and funds

BOOSTER CLUB FUNDRAISING How we raise support for the program: Booster Club Fee All-Program Fundraiser - Vertical Raise online fundraising platform Sponsorships How fundraising dollars are used: Team uniforms jerseys, shorts, socks, backpacks, parkas All-program t-shirt for each player Two (2) training shirts per player Equipment Travel Referees Recognition (banquets & awards) Senior banners Scholarships Special events

RHS GIRLS SOCCER FEES Program Fee through ISD 196 (TBD) EduTrak Connect This fee is paid directly to the district and helps cover essential program costs, including coaching staff and a portion of transportation expenses. Available to be paid in July through the district s online payment system Booster Club Fee ($150) by check or Zeffy Our primary source of revenue, in addition to fundraising. This fee is critical for maintaining a high- quality program. Funds directly support uniforms, equipment, referees, banquets, scholarships, and other essential program costs. Fee will be collected in August Always include player s first and last name with payment Volunteer and Uniform Deposit ($300) by check only This check will be held and not cashed, unless necessary. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that each family completes the required volunteer hours and that each player returns their full issued uniform in good condition at the end of the season. If both of these expectations are met, the check will be shredded. Check will be collected in August Always include player s first and last name with payment *A list of volunteer opportunities will be released in August

  16. NEXT STEPS 1. Please visit irishgirlssoccer.com, click on the More tab, and complete the registration for your player for the 2025 soccer season. We ask that you do this as soon as possible. 1. Stay informed by signing up for the Girls Soccer email listserv on the RHS website under the Community section. 1. Register your player for summer camps and clinic options that fit their schedule. 1. Mark your calendar for camps, captains practice, tryouts, and other key events. 1. Make sure your player has a current physical on file before tryouts. 1.
