  1. ~ 2024 - 2026 ~ STRATEGIC PLAN

  2. Mission (stays the same) The mission of the Rotary Club to End Human Trafficking an international network of Rotarians is to end the humanitarian crisis of human trafficking by working with others around the world.

  3. We believe 1. Results matter. Spending time and resources on initiatives with proven results that can be replicated will have the greatest impact. Economic development, advocacy, education, and awareness initiatives all have an impact and purpose. 2. We need to be organized (the traffickers are!). The Rotary network can be organized at the International and District levels to inspire and share resources with local Rotary Clubs. 3. We must act locally. Our club s Branches, Associate Members and other Rotary Clubs are connected to their communities and can effectively pull organizations together on local initiatives. 4. Collaboration is key. Partnering with data driven organizations as well as other Rotary Clubs increases our capacity to impact change and end human trafficking.

  4. Our strategic priorities through 2027: 1. Results-Economic Development: We will focus on the creation of economic development programs specifically designed for areas of the world where trafficking is endemic. 2. Organization-Rotary District and our Club s Organization: We will roll out our District level Rotary End Human Trafficking initiative. To keep our Club viable we will build membership strategically recruiting those who are passionate about the cause. 3. Local Action-Branches, Associate Members: We will develop and leverage our Branches and Associate Members to take action locally. 4. Collaboration-Endorsements and Project Collaborators: We will endorse and support anti-human trafficking programs that impact the greatest number of people and projects that can be replicated at a local level.

  5. Objectives (measurable actions): 1. Results-Economic Development: We will develop, fund, implement and document an Economic Development Project . 2. Results-Education: We will continue to support our endorsed groups by raising awareness of them via our communications tools (website, newsletter, social media and presentations). 3. Results-Awareness: Our club s members will present to a minimum of 12 other Rotary Clubs by June 2025 to raise awareness and encourage action around ending Human Trafficking and our club s projects as well as issue an invitation to join or engage with our club.

  6. Objectives (measurable actions): 1. Organization/Results - Rotary District/Advocacy: We will Advocate for the Districts in our Zone to adopt our District level Rotary End Human Trafficking initiative. 2. Organization - our Club: We will consistently grow our membership by adding 8 new full and 12 new Associate members who are committed, engaged, and donating their time to our work beyond meeting attendance. 3. Organization - our Club: We will retain 80% of full and associate members annually. 4. Organization- our Club: We will build out our external website with statistics from 6 more areas; add 4 more project ideas; and update Resource documents.

  7. Objectives (measurable actions): 1. Local Action-Branches We will work with our branches to develop and document their club s organizational structure using our documented procedures. 2. Local Action-Branches We will help our Branches launch 1 local Economic Development program or service project within their first 2 years of acceptance in our cub. 3. Local Action-Branches We will help our Branches implement 1 fundraiser within their first 2 years of acceptance in our cub. 4. Local Action- Associate Members/other Rotary Clubs: We will work through 2 Associate members or other Rotary Clubs to engage their home club in a combined initiative. This could be in support of any Rotary grant.
