Awards and Recognition 2021-2022 The object of the District Club Recognition Program is to encourage Rotary work within the clubs, communities and the World and to recognize clubs for serving others. Club Presidents are to submit information regarding their club s work to the District by June 30, 2022. Clubs will be divided into four categories based on their size as of June 30, 2021 as reported by Rotary International. Division I Under 20 members Division II 21-35 members Division III 36-65 members Division IV over 65 members Districts 6890 & 6960

  4. DISTRICT LEVEL CLUB AWARDS Service Above Self Club of the Year To be eligible for this award, the club must have qualified for this year s Rotary Citation and District Governor s Citation. There will be an award for the winner and a runner-up in each category. To be considered for the Service Above Self Club of the Year , please submit the following: 1. 2. 3. Governor s Citation Form. Submit all information on Rotary Club Central for the Rotary Citation. Individual reports in the areas of Membership, Public Image/Social Media and Service Projects detailing the activities of the club and participation of members in each of these areas. Service Above Self Club of the Year winner and runner-up will be awarded for each category of clubs. Districts 6890 & 6960

DISTRICT LEVEL CLUB AWARDS Other Awards Most Valuable Player in the District Most Valuable Asset Service Above Self Club for Public Image/Social Media of the Year -- Categories I, II, III, IV Service Above Self Club for Strongest Foundation Support --Categories I, II, III, IV Service Above Self Club for Highest Membership Growth --Categories I, II, III, IV Service Above Self Club for Best Service Project --Categories I, II, III, IV Service Above Self Club for Strongest Youth Service Promotion -- Categories I, II, III, IV Most Outstanding Rotaract Club Winner and Runner-up Most Outstanding Interact Club Winner and Runner-up Districts 6890 & 6960
