BEING DIVERSE, EQUITABLE AND INCLUSIVE, MEANT HAVING CONVERSATIONS, SOMETIMES VERY DIFFICULT, AND MAKING DECISIONS, MOVING FORWARD: MEETING FORMAT In thinking about inclusivity and accessibility - the significance of our meeting time (7 AM zoom opened up possibilities of worldwide speakers/guests) and our meeting traditions (i.e., prayer) LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS - consider the area in which we live, and our call to action, as Canadians MEMBERSHIP different ages, different perspectives, do we represent our entire community COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS - who can make us better (Tiny Food Pantry) SPEAKERS local and beyond, whose voices are we missing

The Kairos Blanket Exercise Reflection through education and understanding a unique, interactive and participatory history lesson developed in collaboration with Indigenous Elders, knowledge keepers, and educators KAIROS -10 churches and religious organizations working together in faithful action for ecological justice and human rights. https://www.kairoscanada.org/
