WHO ARE QUALIFIED MA CANDIDATES Bachelor s level degree with good academic standing Proficiency in English 3 years full time experience in peace and development 3 year gap between most recent degree and start date Leadership potential Not a Rotary member, employee or related to one (36 month gap) Rotaract members who are not Rotary Club members are eligible Average candidate 33 years old with 7 years work experience Example: BSW 6 years ago with good marks with work experience and leadership ability (NGO/Education/Health/Law/Police/Military/Journalist)
