  2. 39 of the 57 enrolled teachers have completed. 96% of the participating teachers would recommend this program. 94% of the participating teachers said they grew in their understanding of brain based literacy instruction. .

Systematic and explicit phonics is important in primary and intermediate grade levels Encoding before decoding Our brain starts with phonemes and then connects to graphemes Word Recognition x Language Comprehension = Reading Comprehension
