(All continuing appointment-eligible SPT members will be excluded from this meeting. Previous awardees of Continuing Appointments will be included in the meeting, even if they are not part of SPT at the time the dossier is reviewed). o Take a vote via Qualtrics (eval & teaching info can be provided as needed) o Morgan to share thoughts on how to vote o Obtain Dean s preliminary approval o Identify SPT Sub-Committees for nominee(s) 10/31: Candidate(s) dossier materials (personal statement, service statement, list of awards, syllabi & CV) and Faculty Affairs dossier materials due (course evaluations & list of classes taught). 11/30: Teaching Observation & Confidential Letters due 12/31: SPT Sub-Committee Letter due 2nd week of January: SPT meeting & vote 3rdweek of January: Dean s Letter completed 2/1: Dossier sent to Provost
