Shout No, Go, Tell
Private body parts are covered by a bathing suit If anyone, even a family member, touches us in a way that makes us uncomfortable, we can tell them "No" or "Stop" Let's review If we think someone has touched us in an unsafe way, we should tell a grown-up immediately THINK: Identify 2 trusted grown-ups you can talk to
Safe touch, unsafe touch
It doesn't matter who it is Not even friends or family are allowed to touch us on private parts of our bodies
Let's review Trusted grown-ups will never touch us in ways that are unsafe, or ask us to touch them in ways that are unsafe. It Doesn't Matter Who It Is. Never keep unsafe touches a secret. Always tell a trusted grown-up if someone makes you feel unsafe.
Recognize the Signs
Let's Review If a strangerasks for help or they say your parent said it's okay to go with them, remember the rule to "GO, RUN, TELL". If you or someone you know is being hurt at home, tell a trustedgrown-up. Hitting, kicking, pushing, biting, pinching, throwing things are all unsafe and hurtfultouches. Never keep unsafe touches a secret. A stranger is anyone that you don't know. Never go anywhere with a stranger.
