The commercialization of the ideas will be carried out by way of organization of projects and groups of the trained staff in startups under management and immediate participation of laboratories. Financing is supposed by the interested investors and at the expense of the laboratory's resources. Such approach will provide reproduction of experts, their security with jobs, risk reduction for investors, explosive expansion of the offered products and services in the different fields of intellectual technologies
Organization form of SMC The creation of SMC in the form of public joint stock company with the authorized capital of 0.5-1 billion rubles is supposed with engagement of the interested organizations and investors and also by entry into securities markets. The commercialization of projects and groups with a perspective of IPO will allow to achieve self-financing within 3- 5 years. Explosive growth of number of graduates, projects, products and startups has to provide to investors attractive ROI, and SMC possibility of financing of fundamental and applied science. This funds will be spent for creation of educational programs and materials, the organization and equipping of laboratories, financing of tutoring and keeping of teachers and talented developers, the organization of startups and their support..
