Safe Participation Guidelines for LBHC Flyerz YWC Parents and Players

LBHC Flyerz YWC Parents Checklist 1. Membership of LBHC on Pitchero parents, guardian, carers, players check and correct details needed 2. Know who the LBHC covid officer is and report any incidence of covid immediately to him (Dan) 5. Self-check before every session any doubt then don t attend and notify the club s covid officer 6. Don t arrive before 11.40 am, stay in the car if necessary sessions run from 11.45am 12.30pm but hope to get back to 1 hour ASAP 7. Enter by the gate furthest from the car park after all the u16s have entered 8. Please ensure everyone has their own drinks bottle clearly marked and that everyone has tissues to use if necessary 9. Leave by the gate closest to the car park 10. Remind the players/children of social distancing before each session in particular, 2m (2 sticks) distance, no picking up the ball or touching other equipment, no holding hands with coaches/each other 11. Will keep a record of attendance for track and trace.

LBHC Flyerz YWC Sessions - Social distant warm up - Game play or social distant drill - For those that don t enjoy game play: we will look to manage individually - Parents on the pitch one parent per child - Sanitise hands before the session and also if leaving the pitch then before returning - Max participants including parents and coaches 30 if more we will have to split into two separate groups of less than 30 - Only coaches can touch equipment - U16s happening down the far end by the exit gate apologies to U16s but YWC will need to be close to parents and the school - Some of the coaches were shielding in the summer and for that and other reasons we will be recommending that they wear gloves and masks - Toilets will be available if needed in the ladies changing room - Sanitising of equipment (and pitch if necessary) will happen before, after and again if necessary during the session e.g. if someone sneezes or there s saliva on the pitch or someone picks up a ball

HAVE YOU BEEN IN CONTACT WITH / LIVING WITH A SUSPECTED OR CONFIRMED CASE OF COVID 19 IN TH LAST 14 DAYS If you answer yes to any of the above then KEEP YOU TEAM MATES SAFE and STAY AWAY!
