School Board Strategic Initiatives Administrative Tasks Plan and Implement 6-12 Math Curriculum SY 10 - 11 to SY 14 15 (Based on Resources) Identify measures to determine when 3rd grade students are reading on grade level Assess and Modify K-5 math program and professional development Review and evaluate progress to graduation process Recommend a performance measures to the board for tracking cohorts being on grade level and HS math readiness Align DIP/SIP planning and implementation with strategic goals and Collective Bargaining Agreements Focus Professional Development for All Staff on initiatives Establish a task force to develop a district wide climate survey and process to be implemented in SY11 -12 or earlier if possible Implement Phase I of the facilities plan based on available funding stream 4
