Tennis Court Resurfacing: Tennis Court Resurfacing: Upgrades will include creating two basketball courts, a pickleball court, and an open play area to maximize functionality. Fencing Installation: Fencing Installation: New fencing will divide the space into two separate play areas, ensuring safety and better organization. Access Points: Access Points: Additional access points will improve flow and accessibility for students and staff. Gym Floor: Gym Floor: Gym floor colors have been chosen, and completion dates are being finalized.
Finance General Construction Proposal Accepted: Moving forward with Tian Construction Group for the project. Collaborative Efforts: Engaging with Crabtree and the vendor to finalize the contract details. Office Alt Bid Project: Actively collaborating with Crabtree and the vendor to align on plans for the office alternative bid.
Special Area Positions Update: Art, Music, and Library positions have been posted and applicants are being reviewed. Staffing Updates: Requests from the survey are being reviewed, and staffing placements are currently being updated to align with preferences. Next Steps: Placement decisions will reflect survey feedback and will be reviewed by Human Resources and Elementary Admin teams this week.
