  5. Survey Results-Part II If respondents answered yes to continuing to wearing uniforms they completed part II of the survey 119 (15.1%) responded to questions: #3 School uniforms helped improve safety #4 Families spend less money on school clothes when school uniforms are required

Sample of Additional Comments/Suggestions I believe that if school uniforms are not in place, there has to be a strong system in place to monitor students who wear inappropriate clothing to school. If not, the issue we have now, with students being out of uniform, will continue with students dressing inappropriately. The largest problem is students have limited uniform pieces. Please consider adding khaki pants and/or blue jeans as an option for pants as well.

  9. I do think students should continue wearing uniforms; however, I would as a parent like to see them have Free Friday as a reward I have lived in different cities and I believe uniforms help cut out a major bullying issue. There s nothing to bully about when we all look the same. This is coming from a parent of a bullied child.
