UPCOMING JUNIORS AND SENIORS All Juniors must choose College and Career Readiness or Dual Credit Smart Start. Dual Credit Smart Start does require a 3.0 GPA and may cost $145.00 If you did not take or pass CCR or DC Smart Start Junior year, you will need to take it as a Senior.
ELECTIVES After choosing your core classes, choose electives. Total number of classes must equal 8 credits (Seniors can be less) If you are interested in a Career/Technical class and you did not turn in a form by the deadline of February 4th, you can fill out an application and place it in your packet on top. (You will be placed on a waiting list) Those interested in the following classes need to see information posted outside of the teachers classrooms: Yearbook: application is outside of room 306 (Kuehn) Broadcast: application is outside of room 311 (Harkleroad) Girls Basketball Practice Squad (1st and 2nd quarter 3rd block): See Coach Bell room 421 Make sure you have an Art, PE, Health, and Technology elective. If not, this is a good time to choose one. Use the electives handout to choose enough electives to equal 8 credits
WHEN FINISHED Put all WHITE papers back in the plastic sleeve and leave with your homeroom teacher. If you filled out a career technical form put it on top If you didn t fill out a career technical form put your transcript on top Take all COLOR papers with you.
