  3. What is SCOIR? SCOIR is for students, guardians, counselors, and college admissions staff focused on finding the right fit through a unified college planning network. SCOIR connects students, supporters, high schools, and colleges to expand college and career access and improve student outcomes. SCOIR allows students to research colleges based on their interests and overall fit, while also providing a platform to connect students, parents, and school counselors. SCOIR also has assessments for career discovery and self-assessment. SCOIR will officially be replacing Naviance in the 2024-25 school year.
