1. Find an interesting merit badge. 2. Talk to Mr. Morley and get a signed blue card. Merit Badges Merit Badges 3. Contact the counselor & work on the requirements. 4. When signed off by the counselor, take the card to Mr. Morley for signature. 5. Give the signed card to Mr. Treat for recording by the troop. 6. SAVE YOUR CARD!
