SERVICES BREAKDOWN Property Management General management of the RE and coordination of all internal and external service providers, third parties, tenants, and city administrations Leasing Services-the establishment of a medium-term or long-term lease strategy, negotiations with tenants, drafting of the pre-contracts, drafting and execution of contracts, monitoring the entire process until the opening of the RE, and monitoring of the tenants ' business. Commercialization Services-commercialization focuses on maximizing other revenues such as renting inner and external advertising space, billboards, promotional newsstands, sponsorships, and other promotional events Marketing Services-elaboration of marketing plan in accordance with international standards but in accordance with local demographic, coordination of marketing agencies and all third parties, organization 4-5 major events annually, as well as small promotional activities in order to maintain the momentum and attendance of the RE in all periods of the year Invoicing and billing-ensuring successful billing through credit analysis of potential tenants and determining adequate security instruments, maintenance of rents and fees for Service charge, Marketing and other expenses.
