  1. M110 BHRN Funding Update Presented to Oversight and Accountability Council April 20, 2022

  2. Subcommittees will continue meeting twice per week until all counties are awarded. Subcommittee #1: Tuesdays, 4 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, 4 to 7 p.m. Subcommittee #2: Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fridays, 12 to 4 p.m. 2

  4. Here is subcommittee planned review schedule: 4

  5. Access to Care Update OHA will offer a three-month extension to access to care grantees. Extension to October 1, 2022. Grantees will receive a pro rated amount based on their prior award. Communication will be sent to grantees next week related to next steps. 5

BHRN funding formula The funding formula approved by OAC on 4.13.22 is based on a set of weighted factors: 30% for population of Medicaid recipients 30% for houseless population 20% for arrests 20% for drug overdose deaths Formula by county is posted on the M110 webpage: https://www.oregon.gov/oha/HSD/AMH/docs/M110-Formula-Share.pdf 7

  8. Communication News releases are going out at least once per week with updates on applicant status and progress. M110 and OAC web pages are updated when new information is released. 8
