Project The project is located at an strategic location in the city of Arteaga Coahuila. On the Oscar Flores Tapia Blvd. The project is located in a 50,000 m2 lot (530,000 ft2) The warehouse area will be around 25,000 m2 (260,000 ft2), that could be divided in 20 units of 1,250m2 ( 13,000 ft2). The first stage of the project will be 6 units of 1,250 m2 each totaling around 7,500m2 the first stage of the project is completely finished. We are starting the 2ndstage of 4 sections, totaling 5,000m2. We will finish the front part of the project. We could accelerate another stage of our project, in other to fit the specific needs of our customers.
Technical Details Structural construction will be based in rigid frame and Joist. Sealing plate KR18 with 5% of natural light. 15 cm (6 inches) of concrete with metallic fiber. Concrete Walls Security Station Energy Saving illumination Space for trucks maneuvers Parking lot Green areas Fire protection system Each of the section will have: 9m minimum height and 11 m maximum Ramp for forklift access Loading ducks Machine rooms
