Sharing knowledge and expertise is a key part of the e-infrastructure, with discussions on diverse subjects and specialist sessions. Investments in digital assets have enabled leveraging existing products and services, but usability challenges remain. Security policies and operations are being improved, with focus on community building and supporting virtual research environments. Next steps include addressing the scalability of operations and providing resources for high-volume workflows.
