Case Study A NetSapiens Partner provides residential service as an alternative network using Grandstream HT801 ATAs as their chosen device. With the accessibility of GAPS and Netsapiens APIs this partner has provided their engineers a simplified tool to allocate the ATA. The engineer is able to scan the MAC address of the ATA using a mobile phone, select the customer account, then plug the ATA in where it will auto-provision, all whilst on the customers premises. This allows stock to be carried in vehicle negating the engineers need to return to base for hardware.
