Includes: Household disaggregated data Vulnerabilities Shelter damage (3 categories) Crop damage (3 categories) Water damage (3 categories) Public buildings (3 categories) Infrastructure (3 categories Each cluster partner develops recovery plans based on Capacity Operational area Funding DSPPAC develops a National Recovery Plan This a financial instrument that establishes the loss and recovery costs .Produced Based on The National Response Plan (Not the RTA) Baseline statistical data Cluster input National Response Plan Key stakeholders Scale and extent of damage Cluster response Priority areas Estimated needs Checked and completed by AA or his/her representative. Area council RTA form Confirms Community assessment data Consolidates into one Area Council form Forwarded to PEOC From this, Government and NGO can seek funding and support and make initial relief plans There is no clear tracking mechanism for recovery activities Plans for distribution and distributions completed are all well tracked on OCHA supported 5W Entry to KOBO The data is entered to KOBO at PEOC level or earlier if there is capacity . This high-quality data should be available via KOBO to all stakeholders. Would it be possible to establish a method for recovery tracking? Public
