This work presents the SIS20, a Mixed-Signal Front-End ASIC designed for a Solar Irradiance Sensor in the METEO Package of the ExoMars2020 Mission in collaboration with INTA, Spain. The ASIC description includes block diagrams, processing blocks, memories, control circuitry, and RC networks for low/high configuration modes. It features channels, CMOS switches, dual slope 50MHz clock, ADC, and input multiplexer, offering advanced functionalities for Mars surface meteorological stations.
