CBA Achievements for Part- Time NTT Faculty 5% pay increase to $2458/credit hour Increased job security and right of first refusal for current lecturers Increased credit-hours and pay for private music lesson instructors Three title tiers to recognize length of service New benefit: enroll in one course per semester, tuition-free $750 ratification bonus and back pay to June 1, 2024 3
