EFFECTIVE COORDINATION AMONG STAKEHOLDERS, THROUGH IMPROVED GOVERNANCE OF THE TVET/PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION SECTOR A coordination body including all key stakeholders A qualification authority as Regulator of qualifications. A quality assurance framework with EQAVET (list of indicators on the establishment of the European Quality Assurance Reference Framework) . Solid skills intelligence system to bring light to national trends in TVET and make informed decisions on current and future skills and labour market. Overarching body of Sector Skills Councils. 7

BUILD QUALITY-ASSURANCE IN TRAINING PROVIDERS Define the function and standard awarding body as defining training needs and curricula Define set a standards for accreditation in the delivery of qualifications. Strengthen the relation between TVET providers and the business community at local level. Modernized leadership leading to increased autonomy. Quality Improvement Programmes (QIP) leading to a culture of quality assurance CVET as normal service of TP as knowledge centers. 8

NEW PROFILE FOR TEACHERS AND TRAINERS Apply new digital technologies in teaching and training Develop teaching skills for inclusion and psychosocial support skills Teach key competences and social responsibility and civil engagement Increased needs for hybrid models teachers and trainers who work in vocational education and training institutions and companies. SHAPING QUALIFICATIONS MEETING CHANGES IN TVET CONTENT Enablingthe accumulation, transfer, validation and recognition of prior learning, including in non-formal and informal settings. Skill orientation of qualifications. Develop comprehensive qualification frameworks to improve permeability between upper secondary and higher education. Broadening of occupational profiles, while the overall number of qualifications (and thus specializations) is reduced, indicating that future VET skills in Uzbekistan will look different. 12

FOSTER EMPLOYABILITY THROUGH IMPROVED LEARNING PATHWAYS Entrepreneurship competence is embedded in VET and ways to promote its value. Career information and guidance = High-quality career guidance systems that orient individuals towards sustainable jobs Orientation and guidance at Training Provider level as part of a Personal Development Plan Creating a NEET toolkits 13

Campaigning for Parity of esteem-based studies. Collect data from students and graduates on itinerary. Clich -free information on TVET. International networking. Branding the qualifications from knowledge centers. 14
