MY ACTION PLAN An example could be: Goal: Sign up to a Prince s Trust H&SC Programme Three actions could be: Submit interest to PT (if emailing think about spelling, getting a teacher to proofread the email etc.) Attend an initial call (dressing smartly for the call, making sure your technology works beforehand, you have the correct date and time in your diary) Do further research about my desired career (whilst waiting for the programme do some further research so I am clear on what skills and experience I would like to gain I might not be sure and want to try everything!)
