The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) pilot project, with the support of Angus Whyte, focuses on establishing ground rules, addressing technical challenges, testing ideas, and promoting skills and engagement. The project aims to identify competences for making research data and objects FAIR, analyze skills landscapes, relate competences to EOSC services, and make recommendations for education and professional development. The project is funded by the European Commission, DG Research & Innovation.
